Villa Olea, recovery of an old village in Perledo (LC)
The project aims at recovering two country buildings and the construction of four small living units for residence.
The permanent presence of natural aspects and country handmade defined the philosophy with which to carry out the project towards an organic recovery, respecting the natural environment, maintaining the historic materials simple such as rough stone, rusty and worn out wood and fired brick from Lombardy.
The recovery work permanently goes between a recovery of materials and the reporting of new architectural and residential forms because of the volume of the project.
The distribution and planning interventions are aimed at the adjustment of the living space in agreement with the changing needs of a comfortable living.
